1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Watches that have been altered or resized.
  • Watches that have been worn or used.
  • Items that are marked as final sale or clearance.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@electtopic.click within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in the original packaging, we may issue a partial refund.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order. Contact our customer service team if you need assistance with the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@electtopic.click with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria or are returned after the 30-day window.
